Dream News hakkında - TR
Yarının haberlerini bugünün hayalleri ile veren Dream News, bir geleceği şekillendirme deneyidir. Katılımcılarına ifade alanları açan bu yayın, her bir varoluşun birbirini şekillendirdiği düşüncesiyle “zaman”ı biçimlendirmeye açıyor.
Eğer şimdi ve burada; tüm zamanlar bir arada bulunuyorsa, gelecek şu an oluşuyor olmalı… Eğer gelecek şimdi oluşuyorsa, o zaman şekillendirilebilir mi?
Katılımcılara şimdilik tek bir soru soruyoruz: Hayalin nedir?
Gazete formatında olan Dream News sayıları için, katılımcılar ile bir masa etrafında bir araya geliyoruz. Bazen uzun süren sohbetler sonunda ortaya çıkan, bazen ise direkt ifade bulan hayaller herkesin kendi tasarımı ile ortak kullanılan kağıtlara aktarılıyor. Anonim olarak bu kağıtlara aktarılan hayaller bir araya getirilip basılıyor. Dream News podcastleri ise yine anonim olarak, fakat bu sefer tek bir kişinin kendi belirlediği süre boyunca hayallerini anlattığı monoloğundan oluşuyor.
Dream News Murat Yıldız ve Defne Tesal aracılığıyla 2019’dan beri yürütülen bir sanat inisiyatifidir.

Dream News is an experiment in shaping the future by delivering tomorrow's news with today's dreams. Offering a space for expression to its participants, this publication attempts for “time” to be shaped with the idea that each existence shapes the other.
If here and now; all the times coexist, the future must be forming now… If the future is forming now, can it be shaped then?
For now, we ask the participants only one question. "What is your dream?"
For the newspaper-formatted Dream News issues, we get together with the participants around a table. In some cases the dreams emerge after long conversations and in others they find an expression immediately. In both cases they are transferred to the collectively used papers by each participant with their own design anonymously. Dream News podcasts, on the other hand, consists of anonymous monologues of the participants where they talk about their dreams for a duration determined by themselves.
This issue has been created with 35 participants and realized with the support of Vision Art Platform, Istanbul.
Dream News is an art initiative run by Murat Yıldız and Defne Tesal, since 2019.
